Hie MEO-Based, 15.75 GW power output, Sun Tower concept was found to be relatively sensitive to changes in the ETO costs below about $500/Ib, but was quite sensitive to changes in price to values above about that level Case 16, potentially as result of ETO cost factors, was similarly found to be quite sensitive to reductions below about 5 years for space segment refurbishment, but to be relatively insensitive to changes above 10 years. Figures 6-50 through 6-52 which follow, provide the details of Case 16 sensitivities to the variations in ETO Transportation Costs as summarized above.
